The Eclipse PM-746 Needle-Nose Pliers are made of a high quality carbon steel with S45C forging and made hardened finished with nickel plating for corrosion resistance. It's cutting edge is induction hardened with a hardness of approx. HRC50-55. The PM-746 has dual color, non-slip, TPR handles for user comfort and easy operation. These pliers are particularly designed for electronic and precision applications.
