The Static Solutions FM-4840 Terra-Stat Floor Mat Roll is antimicrobial matting that is perfect for a wide range of environments. This abrasion resistance mat is made a highly durable elastomer material (free from halogen, lead, arsenic, barium, heavy-metals, phthalate plasticizers, vinyl monitors, asbestos, formaldehyde, antimony, chromium, cadmium, and other dangerous volatiles) to withstand carts and traffic without chipping, curling or cracking. The layers of this floor mat are permanently dissipative with dissipative polymers and will not lose its electric properties. Along with that this mat has a chemically crossed linked high temperature elastomer with different resistances on both sides. Due to the structure of the Static Solutions FM-4840 Terra-Stat Floor Mat Roll it meets or exceeds both EOD/ESD S.20.20-2007 and European IEC 613450-5-1 specifications. Along with these features this matting will not delaminate and is volume dissipative. It will also not outgas and contaminate in clean room environments. The FM-4840 is manufactured in the USA and is easy to maintain and never needs conductive wax. Along with all these features this matting also features outstanding charge dissipation, rapid charge decay, no charge suppression, and outstanding low tribogeneration.
