This silicone free material will not harden or dry out and exhibits exceptionally high thermal conductivity with outstanding dielectric properties. It shows no creep or migration over a wide temperature range and is electrically isolative, non-corrosive and non-flammable. The Chemtronics CW7270 CircuitWorks Silicone Free Heat Sink Grease is thermally stable from -99°F/-73°C to 392°F/200°C and exceeds MIL-C-47113 for thermal conductivity.
