The Chemtronics CW7250 CircuitWorks Boron Nitride Heat Sink Grease facilitates heat transfer from electrical/electronic components and into heat sinks and contains an efficient head conducting filler that enhances the effectiveness of heat sink. This silicone free material will not harden or dry out and exhibits exceptionally high thermal conductivity with outstanding dielectric properties. It shows no creep or migration over a wide temperature range and is electrically isolative, non-corrosive and non-flammable. The Chemtronics CW7250 CircuitWorks Boron Nitride Heat Sink Grease is thermally stable from -99°F/-73°C to 392°F/200°C and exceeds MIL-C-47113 for thermal conductivity.
