The Chemtronics CW2500 Circuitworks Epoxy Overcoat Adhesive Syringe is a two-component system that provides a tough, protective, green coating. When cured properly this coating yields a chemically inert film, which prevents the effects of corrosion, moisture, oxidation, abrasion, and thermal shock. This film can even withstand a brief exposure to high temperatures up to 600°F. The Chemtronics CW2500 Circuitworks Epoxy Overcoat Adhesive Syringe provides outstanding thermal and chemical resistance and has excellent dielectric properties to help prevent electrical discharge. This epoxy overcoat resist reflow temperatures and has service temperatures from -55°F/-48°C to 600°F/315°C and meets the requirements of IPC-7721, 2.4.1.
