The Xcelite 991 Handle for Series 99® Interchangeable Blades allow for gradual accumulation of the tools that may be needed for different applications. It also allows users of the Series 99® tool sets and kits to enlarge them or substitute tools. The 991 regular handle is easy to operate and accepts Series 99® interchangeable blades (sold separately please see accessories tab above).
