It’s made from AISI 52/100 carbon tool steel with induction hardened cutting blades to RHC 63-65 and also feature ESD molded grips (10⁸ ohms/sq.). The Excelta 9247SL Lazer Line Medium SLIM LINE Tapered Relieved Head Cutter is made by CNC machining that allows the joint surfaces to be perfect to allow for long life. This wire cutter features dual leaf springs provides a smooth action cut.
