The tip of this applicator is an absorbent high quality medical USP grade cotton material. It's securely bonded to a naturally biodegradable wooden handle with an hot-melt adhesive that is not soluable in water and is perfect for critical environments for task's like cleaning. The 860-WC cotton tip applicator meets FDA GMP's, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO 13485:2003 standards (certificate of compliance is available with each shipment upon request).
