The SCS 770717 Air Ionizer Test Kit is Calibrated with accepted procedures and standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. It measures surface voltage and polarity on objects up to ± 19.99 kV at a distance of 1 inch and yields accurate measurements in both normal and ionized environments. This Air Ionizer Test Kit has a dissipative enclosure with 7 mm ground snap that grounds the meter when held by a grounded operator or bonded to ground using the included ground cord. The SCS 770717 Air Ionizer Test Kit also features a rotary zero knob and a hold button that allows the measurement to be retained for easy reading and extends battery life. It comes with a aluminum conductive plate that pairs with the sensor to measure offset voltage and discharge times for the periodic verification of ionizers. This test kit is made in the United States.
