The Excelta 51I-6 3-Star Precision Cable Cutter has a locking device, which keeps the jaws closed when not in use and is recommended for cutting straded wires or cables up to 0.5". The three star line cutters have become the standard line of the industry and are forged from chrome vanadium tool steel in Italy. These cutters feature ESD-safe grips.
