The Puritan 3655 Knitted Polyester Swab is a non-sterile applicator that has a flat paddle polyester tip with a polypropylene handle. The tip of this applicator is a knitted polyester fiber material that is lint and residue free and low in NVR's. It's ultrasonically welded to a rectangular polypropylene handle and perfect for critical and industrial environments for task's like manufacturing or refurbishing of electronic and communication devices, instrumentation and medical device manufacturing, applying adhesives or other fluids, and removing residues and particulates. The 3655 polyester tip applicator can be used with IPA, acetone, and other solvents. It also meets FDA GMP's, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO 13485:2003 standards.

The knitted polyester material is made from a woven polyester fabric and commonly constructed without soluble adhesives. This assures the cleanliness of the process required for critical environments. Puritan sources fabric directly for these specialty products so they fit their exacting specifications.
