The Puritan 3615 Knitted Polyester Swab is a non-sterile applicator that has a soft non-abrasive polyester tip with a delrin (acetal) handle. The tip of this applicator is a soft non-abrasive knitted polyester fiber material that is lint and residue free and low in NVR's . It's ultrasonically welded to a polypropylene shaft and perfect for critical and industrial environments for task's like applying adhesives or other fluids, removing residues and particulates, and fiber optics component manufacturing. The 3615 polyester tip applicator can be used dry or with IPA and Di water or other solvents and meets FDA GMP's standards.

The knitted polyester material is made from a woven polyester fabric and commonly constructed without soluble adhesives. This assures the cleanliness of the process required for critical environments. Puritan sources fabric directly for these specialty products so they fit their exacting specifications.
