The Puritan 3600 Knitted Polyester Swab is a non-sterile applicator that has a large paddle polyester tip with a polypropylene handle. The tip of this applicator is a non-abrasive long wearing double-ply polyester material that has good chemical resistance and is lint-free with low NVR's and particle generation. It's ultrasonically welded to an injection molded polypropylene shaft and perfect for critical and industrial environments for task's like applying adhesives or other fluids, general cleaning swab for use in critical environments, and removing residues or particulates. The 3600 polyester tip applicator is made in a clean room facility and can be used dry or with IPA and Di water or solvents. It's also CE marked for medical use and meets FDA GMP's, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO13485:2003 standards (certificate of sterility and/or conformance available with each shipment upon request).

The knitted polyester material is made from a woven polyester fabric and commonly constructed without soluble adhesives. This assures the cleanliness of the process required for critical environments. Puritan sources fabric directly for these specialty products so they fit their exacting specifications.
