The Puritan 1805-PF RND Foam Tipped Swab is a non-sterile applicator that has a large round foam tip with a polypropylene handle. The tip of this applicator is reticulated 100 PPI medical grade foam that is lint- and residue-free with good water absorption. It's round shape provides a large surface area for effective collection of small samples and makes its perfect for a wide range of clinical and DNA applications such as removing residues or particulates and general cleaning. The 1805-PF RND foam tip applicator can be used with IPA and DI water or dry and meets ISO9001:2008, ISO13485:2003, and FDA GMPs standards (certificate of sterility and/or conformance available with each shipment upon request).

The Foam tip material is a medical-grade polyurethane foam that is produced in a sheet form in a range of porosity.
