The AIM Solder 14099 SAC305 No-Clean GlowCore Solder Wire is a resin based flux core solder wire that was designed to provide excellent wetting characteristics and lead-free compatibility. Since this product is very active it's recommended for fast cycle time soldering. The 14099 SAC305 cored wire produces low-to-medium post-process residues that are electrically safe and do not require cleaning for most applications. The Glow Core flux promotes good thermal transfer, offering better solder penetration into plated through holes or surface mount interconnections.
