The Puritan 1275-PFB Micro Foam Tipped Swab is a non-sterile applicator that has a micro foam tip with a glass filled polypropylene handle. The tip of this applicator is reticulated 100 PPI foam that is soft, lint-, and residue-free. It's thermally bonded with no contaminating adhesives to a glass filled blue polypropylene shaft for extra rigidity and perfect for critical and industrial environments for task's like cleaning fiber optic connectors, applying adhesives, and removing contaminates. The 1275-PFB foam tip applicator can be used dry or with IPA and Di water.

The Foam tip material is a medical-grade polyurethane foam that is produced in a sheet form in a range of porosity.
